I’m Widad, Mummy to two busy, inquisitive boys, primary school teacher, cat and dog Mum, (very) amateur cani-cross runner and hardcore chocolate enthusiast.I have worked with children, ever since I had my first weekend job at 16 as a swimming teacher. Several (many!) years later, I am a Montessori teacher, with 10 years of teaching experience.
My Montessori approach to teaching, as well as raising my own children, focuses on building children’s self esteem, encouraging a love of learning and exploration and encourages children to develop their independence skills.
My role is to guide, support and encourage. I am so excited to be a part of the confi-kids team. After seeing first hand what a wonderful time my own son had last summer, I couldn’t resist joining in the fun this summer.
